At Promotherapy we know just how important is it that your order is delivered intact and on time. That's why we do our best to safely pack and dispatch your order by the advised date.

Our main couriers are StarTrack and  TNT but depending on the destination, the courier we use may vary.

After dispatching your order we will send you a dispatch advice with tracking details and delivery address, please contact us straight away if the address is incorrect. 

Once dispatched, we might not be able to redirect to a different address or change the type of service so please make sure to inform us the correct shipping address and advise us the "required by" date.  If incorrect addresses are provided and if redelivery or redirection services are required, all additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Promotherapy does everything possible to reduce the arrival of damaged goods, but damages do occur sometimes, so please ensure you have goods in transit coverage.  Insurance on goods in transit is at your risk. However, Promotherapy will help you work out the best solution if damage does occur.

In the first instance, you must contact us by email detailing the damage. Please take a digital picture of the damage and do not dispose of the item as we may require its return.

DELIVERIES TO THIRD PARTIES - Where it is requested we deliver your order to another party (e.g. your customer direct or your printer) then it is your responsibility to check personally that the delivery is correct as ordered. We will not accept responsibility for goods lost by the third parties.

FREIGHT AT CLIENT'S EXPENSE - You can arrange your own freight but you will still be charged a packing and handling fee.

 

Promotherapy will not be held responsible for any unforeseen delays including third party, customs clearance or courier delays.
